Tony Little '; Gazelle Edge Glider'; What are the pros and cons on this work out machine?Tony Little '; Gazelle Edge Glider'; What are the pros and cons on this work out machine?
Pros:
You don't have to pick up your feet at all you glide so it is easy on your knees and joints.
You can do it at whatever pace, I can get on and work hard for just 20 mins and raise my heart rate by fully ';working'; and feel it right then.
Commputer shown Results (Calories Burned,Distance,Speed, and Time Used)
Will work lower body more if you lean forward, upper body if you lean back and FULL body while standing upright!
It folds flat. Easy to store against a wall or under a bed.
Cons:
Where the cables connect to the foot pegs have to be lubricated every so often depending on how often you work out.
*If you fully work yourself while working out on it you will see and feel results. I love mine! Sometimes I get on and go in front of the TV with the video or just to loud music. Hope this helps you.Tony Little '; Gazelle Edge Glider'; What are the pros and cons on this work out machine?
i dont like the fact that you really dont get any quad action like you do on a proper eliptical machine..
