How would you work this algebra word problem?

Ashley and Becky own a restaurant. Last month, they grossed $10,000 in sales. They have to pay 7% gross receipts tax, pay the $2,000 rent, pay utilities of $900, pay the wholesaler $3,000, and miscellaneous costs of $300. How much is left in the profit? How would you work this algebra word problem?
note

10,000 - .7(10,000) - 2,000 - 900 - 3,000 - 300 =How would you work this algebra word problem?
gross receipts tax, 700

Rent 2000

Utilities 900

Wholesaler 3000

Misc. 300

Total outflow 6900

In flow 10000

Profit Inflow - outflow = $ 3100
10,000 - 700 - 2000- 900- 3000- 300 = 3100

7% of 10,000 is 700
$3,100

10,000-6,900=3100
