If you have a dvd player with light scribe support then yes. light scribe is more of a hardware thing than a software thing. so all you lables will be in black and white, because light scribe is not in color.

according to my knowlegde Lightscribe Disc won't work on Label Flash drive. It will read and write normally but to print a Lightscribe disc using a label flash drive doesn't work that way.
