Would like to know what type of species this is if anyone has an idea? if its anything, any sort of creature? it just looks perculiar...thanks.

It's a blue dragon sea slug.

No, it IS a Glaucus atlanticus (blue dragon sea slug), no question whatsoever.What is this species??? I found it on a beach and took photos, here is one below (hope the link works).?
It looks like Salamandra metalica.
does it move? or need water it may be a marine species
eww I don't know but it looks weird. Something Ive never seen but yet interesting!
