well if you are an expensive shopper, even if you buy something that is NOT expensive, it ight still look like it.
i say you go to target. the other stores look wayy cheaper in my opinion. im guessing that u have a bunch of clothes so u dont need to buy things that epople would know you got from there. for example just buy the tank tops, and maybe bathing suits. you can buy bras and they have the CUTEST lingerie. it not better than victorias secrets but you'll live. how long do u think your grounding will last for? if its like 6 monthes i would be sooo pissed..

oh god forbid....not that! seriously. suck it up. khols always has sales. and the clothes they have right now are the same stuff i see in other stores. the only differance is that its not brand name! gasp! target always has good stuff, half the people i know who are considered popular would rather shop at target than most other places simply because they can find the same look for way less than they could get at ambercrombie....you can make it work if you quit bitching and thinking it wont work

go to marshalls..tj maxx and the off price stores..they carry
nicer clothes than target and kohls.

how can you make what work? seems pretty decent that your parents let you shop anywhere if you are grounded. how long are you grounded and if you are grounded, how do you have the privilege of going out anyway to do any shopping? i don't see what your problem is here. sounds like you have leinent parents. be greatful and stop your crying!

khol's actually has cute clothes, and good quality. target has cute purses. and mervyns has nice jewerly and decent shoes. make it work.
kohls%26amp;target have nice clothess and jewelry. the coolest people i know in nyc wear target and kohls and funky clothes (not brand name).

Well i guess just look around the stores. F*ck, its better than nothing. They actually have some cute stuff at Target and for me, i like it cuz im sort of a cheap ***. Except the sizes run so big that even an XS is sorta floppy and large but oh well

target has alot of cute stuff, i was in there the other day. tons of cute skirts, shirts, etc. and they are carrying those designer brands for a while too.
kohls has alot of good stuff to, the shoes and make up are awsome.
why would you want to shop at Khols, just find the stuff they have in their store that you want and then get on ebay.
How is being able to shop at all being grounded? I would stop whining if I were you because some people can only shop at places like Target and Kohl's. Target has really cute clothes.
