Usually keeping sensible healthy meal plan/s on schedule regularly, exercise, and drinking more water, does great. I avoid all cafeine products a few hours before bedtime, and also keep my bedtime at regular schedule to ensure a good night's rest. some people say that working out actually gives you energy. I would say that working out doesnt do it for me. You can try to drink protein as this will give you extra triglycerides that produce energy. 8 hours of sleep is recommended and a balanced diet.
Personally, I drink starbucks double shot espressos from the gas station and that seems to give me the extra boost I need throughout the day.

You can do it by changing your metabolism. You do that by working out or working harder, taking a good multi vitamin, eating a good diet. A healthy body helps keep a mind healthy too.
You should go to bed and wake up at the same time every single day. If you sleep longer than normal your body thinks it's going through jetlag. Exercising helps a lot with energy as well.
