Would this work or is it really stupid?

I want to lose some weight and I am lactose intolerant. If I drank a lot of milk I'll have the runs and it'll flow through me. Will this help me lose weight at all or is it extremely unhealthy/could lead to an eating disorder?Would this work or is it really stupid?

It *might* be effective in the short term, but you will have to deal with the unpleasant side effects. In addition, this plan does not seek to change the behaviors that caused you to gain weight in the first place, so as soon as you return to your old habits you will gain the weight right back.





If you are serious about weight loss, you need to change your eating HABITS...Weight Watchers and South Beach are a couple of healthy behavior modification diet plans.
That will make you lose WATER and the weight loss you have will be just an illusion.
It's really stupid. The ';weight'; you'll be losing is water weight which is easily replaced.


The only sure fire way to lose weight is to take in fewer calories that you burn.
It's really stupid. It will lead to dehydration, which can cause brain damage. Or is it too late to worry about that?
You dont' want to do that.





Just eat less junk and less at any one meal but have more meals. This can help speed up metabolism and burn off more calories. Cut out sweet snacks, soda's ect, drink more water or low/no calorie and sodium drinks.
I think it would be unhealthy. The reason is that your body needs those nutrients from your food to survive. So it is likely that it would simply be weight that would come back when you stop drinking the milk. Be careful. I know what it is like to want to be thin.


I have fought for my entire life to keep weight down. However, being a person that had several eating disorders it is something I can say from experience. There is no easy way. Try a diet suppresent or something with a metabolism booster. But, really dieting and excersize are going to be your best bet. It is just the way the body works.


You are beautiful no matter what. Give your body a chance. You can do it!! Check out some information on a healthy diet online. It will make it easier. Here are a couple links.
