Lose weight. In women, the fat is under the skin, then muscle. When muscles tighten, that is when you see the 'cottage cheese'. That is also the reason that men don't get cellulite. Their fat is deposited beneath the muscle.
Lucky for you the remedy is free. Exercise and diet. Cut back on the fat and go for evening or morning walks/jogs. Do squats or go bike riding. Get active. No lotion is going to melt body fat. Only exercise will do that.
I am not into lotions , pills , chemicals .... I had a little so I started swimming and I have seen a great improvement... Good Luck.....
rose hip oil and coffee( just rub and massage it on the area). caffeine reduces cellulite.
