Well when i get back from wrestling practice and i have a meet the next day and i need to make weight will it work if i just have like 1 lowfat meal, and for the rest of the night until bed just drink fluids? Im really big on juice i love it. how many pounds do you think ill gain if i have about 4 or so 8oz glasses of juice? I say ill only gain a pound or so?The day before a wrestling match will this work if i need to make weight?
yea about 1 or 2 lbs
