All my programs icons are pictures of the internet explorer icon and none thing works. How do I fix this?

Control panel


Add remove programs


On the left there are 4 windows, click ';Add/remove windows components';


Put a check mark in Internet Explorer and click next, this should give you an active Internet Explorer icon
