Kinda confused about how this works...?

okay so you know how they say when you are trying to lose weight that you should create a deficit of some number of calories per day....well if tomorrow i cut 500 calories from my diet and keep this diet for a week ill lose weight...but eventually wont my body become accustomed to this new diet and stop burning as many calories per day? like when do i need to cut my calorie intake again?Kinda confused about how this works...?
No... with that theory, hypothetically if it's linear, what happens when you get to 500 calories per day then? Your body.. won't survive at.. all.Kinda confused about how this works...?
just do it and see when u stop loosing weight. you can also start exerrcising more instead of cutting calories, that mite be easier since u should never go below 1200 calorie a day
